1. How do I/We book tour services?
I) Indian Nationals:
a) In case of domestic tours:

Various options of well-crafted value for money Travel / Tours for Family holidays, Pilgrimage tours, Beach holidays, Hill Station Holidays, Honeymoon packages, Wildlife tours, Spas and wellness, Short breaks, Adventure tours are available to explore Southern, Northern, Eastern, Western and central parts of India to suit to your interest in various category, pricing and preferences.

Once you choose your preferred tour, fill up the travel/tour requirement form with brief on number of guests, travel/tour dates and your preferred tour name.

Our expert and well-experienced and dedicated team members will furnish a very competitive price offer in 48hours to suit to your preference of category. Once you finalize your decision on a particular option, the booking form need to be filled-in with all necessary details along with only 10% advance payment of your total bill amount to process your bookings, if booked 30+ days in advance. Once the booking is confirmed, balance payment request will be done to issue travel/tour service vouchers which would indicate services booked with us and its confirmation status.

b) In case of an International tours: Various options of well-designed end to end value for money packages/tours for family holidays, Honeymoon packages, Cruises in South East Asia, special interest tours to explore most preferred destinations across Europe, middle-east, North and south Africa, East and West coast of America, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand to suit to your interest in various category preferences.

Once you choose your preferred tour, the booking form need to be filled-in with all necessary details along with only 10% advance payment of your total bill amount to process your bookings, if booked 30+ days in advance. Once the booking is confirmed, balance payment request will be done to issue travel/tour service vouchers which would indicate services booked with us and its confirmation status along with the visa application documentation details, fees, nominal service charge information will be shared. As per the documentation schedule, visa process will be followed. You may have an option of getting the visa processed in your nearest consulate/embassy of a respective country of visit on your own or through trusted and authorized visa process agents.

II) Foreign Nationals:
a) In case of Visit India tour: Various options of well-crafted value for money packages/tours for Family vacations, Beaches of India holidays, Hill Station Holidays, Honeymoon packages, Wildlife of India tours, Spa & Wellness, Heritage tours, Cultural tours, Adventure tours are available to explore southern, Northern, Eastern, Western and central parts of India to suit to your interest in various category, pricing and preferences.

Once you choose your preferred vacation, the booking form need to be filled-in with all necessary details along with only 30% advance payments of your total bill amount to process your bookings. Though the tour can be booked as closer as possible, we recommend that you book the services 90 days ahead of the tour.

b) Visa Information and Processing: Once the booking is confirmed, you may approach the nearest Indian Embassy to understand the visa procedure and apply as necessary. Once the Visas are done, the balance payment request will be made by us to confirm your tour and issue travel/tour service vouchers which would indicate services booked with us and its confirmation status.

2. Can I/We visit any of your offices for my travel/tour requirements?
Yes, we have fully functional offices at strategic locations spread across India namely Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Varanasi, Chandigarh, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad and Dehradun.
3. What if I/We have to add few more people closer to travel dates?
You could very well do that. Our well experienced and dedicated team members would be pleased to cater to your additional number of guests on your pre-booked tour. Depending upon the number of days in hand to process your requests, we will certainly give preference and try our best to confirm all the components of the tour.
4. Can I/We travel in India with my friend/s who is a foreign national?
If your friend is on residence permit to India, than the price offer will remain the same as for Indian national residing in India. The travel/tour service price offers to Indian national, residing in India, differ a bit from a foreign national of foreign origin.
5. Can I/We make a request for a tailor made/ customized packages as per my requirements?
Query form is available and once we receive details asked for, and brief on your requirements the message box, we will be able to understand your desired services. According to the best time to visit the desired places and sightseeing, our professional and well experienced team members will furnish a very competitive price offer, within 12 hours to suit to your preferences. Once you finalize your decision on a particular option, the booking form need to be filled-in with all necessary details along with only 10% advance payment of your total bill amount to process your bookings.
  • Indian nationals- if booked 30+ days in advance (Domestic and International)
  • Foreign national- if booked 6-8 months in advance (Visit India Tours)
6. Is the information that I share is safe?
Cambay Tours values your privacy and hence any communication between you and Cambay Tours, will remain confidential and shall in no case be shared with any third party under any and all circumstances. Your profile details like name/email email id/contact numbers/address, nationality etc will only be used for our internal communication, for purposes related to your travel/tour arrangements. All data is protected with trusted professionals, under constant supervision.
7. Can I/We book Hotels online?
Yes you have a wide variety of hotels across India and international destinations on the website to choose from, within your budget. Availability is also shown to you on the screen. 8. Is paying online for hotel booking safe?
We use SSL VeriSign Secure Layer Technology and fire-walled servers to ensure that under any and all circumstances your credit/debit card number, other details required for the payment process is 100% safe and secure.
9. Who will arrange my Visa, Foreign Exchange and Overseas Insurance?
Indian Nationals:
In case of international tours - Once the services are booked with us, as a part of our service procedure, Cambay Tours will send you information update on visa documentation, fees available at nominal service charges. Foreign Exchange Services and Overseas Medi-claim Policy is also available to reach you at nominal prices and also at your convenience and comfort.

Once the booking is confirmed, the visa documentation related information will be shared and you will be fully assisted for application process through respective consulates/embassies, at a nominal service charge. Visa fees will be extra as applicable. However, granting of a Visa is at the sole discretion of the respective consulate/embassy.

What if the visa is not given to me/us or not been granted?

All travel/tour related service confirmations and complete date wise travel planned itinerary is mandatory for getting your Visa application processed through respective consulates/Embassies. We always request customers/clients to book and confirm all travel/tour related services at well in time to avoid delays in Visa application formalities which might result into high cancellation charges, if the Visa is not granted closer to your travel date. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per our cancellation policy of the company. However, with due respect to genuine reason of cancellation, we would try our best to minimize the cancellation charges but it is not guaranteed.
10. If I/We wish to cancel my/our travel/tour services, what is the procedure?
Cancellation charges will apply once booking is made on your behalf. In the event of cancellation, a request needs to be made with us in a written form and cancellation charges as per policy will apply.
11. Can I/We book Air /Train tickets with you?

12. Can I/We book all travel/tour services like Air-Rail Tickets/Hotels/Sightseeing/Transfers with you?
